For more than two decades, Cassie Menn worked for some of today’s largest, global management consulting firms helping Fortune 500 organizations – and their senior leaders – navigate complex, large-scale transformations. Leveraging her Mayo Clinic training and certification, Prosci® change management certification and long-time work in executive coaching, Cassie now brings her experience and expertise to a private practice setting. In making her career transition to psychotherapist, Cassie builds on her coaching experience to help couples and individuals – as well as business leaders – with analytic and counseling skills her advanced degree in clinical psychology enables.

Cassie began her counseling career providing care for people with eating disorders in a residential setting as both a primary and family therapist. From there, Cassie continued to build her expertise through multiple certifications and now specializes in couples therapy, discernment counseling, affair and addiction counseling, and divorce counseling. Cassie also specifically works with women navigating difficult life transitions and addictions.

Today, Cassie works from both Houston and Woodlands offices and is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) clinically supervised under Meg Wilson, LCDC, LPC-S, NCC for the duration of her associate work. Cassie graduated with honors from the Houston Graduate School of Theology with a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in both English and Humanities-Classics from Ohio Wesleyan University. Cassie offers both coaching and counseling, and is actively engaged in the community through speaking engagements and trainings.
